All electrically conductive metals capable of withstanding 190–210°C can be powder coated: carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized surfaces, and cast iron.

Yes, for proper coating adhesion the surface must be clean. We completely remove old paint and rust in our on-site sandblasting facility.

Properly pretreated and zinc-primed metal retains its corrosion protection and color outdoors for 15–25+ years without peeling.

Gloss is easy to wash and reflective. Matte delivers a sleek, modern look. Fine texture (shagreen/moire) hides weld imperfections and offers maximum scratch resistance.
