Powder coating 

Powder coating is a fast and durable method for coating metal products.

An electric field causes the powder particles to adhere to the surface of the metal, resulting in a uniform layer of paint. The product is then heated at 190 °C for 20 minutes and the colour reaches its final strength once it has cooled.

You can choose between different surface effects and gloss levels. A zinc primer provides long-lasting protection against corrosion.

Sandblasting

Proper surface preparation is essential for achieving the best results. Before applying paint, it is important to remove any dirt,rust, oil and old paint. 

Wet painting 

Wet painting is a traditional method of painting. Compared to powder coating, it results in a thicker layer of paint.

Wet painting is a good solution when the product or a part of it cannot be heated, which is needed for powder coating.

- three-layer glued panel (width 1220 mm, length 2000, 2100, 2250, 2400, 2500, 2700, 2750, 3000 mm, thickness 21 mm);

- tongue&groove board (width 100, 110, ..., 190, 200 mm, length 1500, 1550, ..., 3550, 3600 mm, thickness 20 mm);

- doors (width 800, 900, ..., length 1800, 1900, ..., thickness 42 mm).

Boards and panels are used in the decoration of walls, floors and ceilings.

The material is widely used in decorating surfaces of furniture and large interior objects - partitions, false walls,

doors, bar counters. Sofas, chairs, armchairs, coffee tables, chests of drawers and shelves are made from

boards and panels.
